James Bridwell
SENIOR PASTOR
Pastor James has been leading Pioneer Baptist Church since September 2015. He is a graduate of Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary. He preaches though books of the Bible in a way that makes it easy to understand.
Elaina and he were married in 2021 and have enjoyed the blessing of starting a family in Wakulla County. Elaina is a home maker and wonderful helpmate to Pastor. Their son is a beautiful light in our little corner of the world.
James became a Christian when he was 17 years old and within a year knew he had been called to preach. Godly mentors gave him the opportunities and he has now been preaching for over 20 years. Pastor also serves as a Trustee for the North American Mission Board of the Southren Baptist Convention.
